Comments

The content of the comments published on the website is the sole civil and criminal responsibility of the registered user and/or visitor. Clopnews is not responsible for any damage allegedly resulting from opinions and comments made by third parties.

However, the published comments will be moderated and Clopnews may, at any time and at its discretion, delete, partially or entirely, any text that violates legal norms or the rules of these terms of use, or as a result of complaints, without this generating any responsibility to Clopnews or any right to the registered user and/or visitor.

Comments must not contain advertising messages, pornographic, vulgar, racist, or offensive material; information about illegal activities and incitement to crime; defamatory material; injurious or defamatory statements.

It is prohibited to publish any material protected by copyright without proper authorization from the author or their representative.

If the rules set forth are violated more than once or illegal activities are detected, the registered user and/or visitor will have their commenting permission canceled.

At any time and unilaterally, Clopnews may cancel the comment system without prior notice.

How to Access Comments

To be able to comment on the Clopnews website, the user must complete a registration providing true and accurate information. Such data will be protected by Clopnews (see Privacy Policy).

Registration will give the non-subscriber user the right to use the space designated for comments and to read up to 5 exclusive news articles for subscribers per month.

Clopnews records the IP through which the user accessed the comment system, in case it needs to identify the author of a comment.
